AMCO was engaged by an Insolvency Practitioner representing a UK-based SEO agency established in 2000, whose primary focus was leveraging its expertise in internet marketing and SEO techniques to drive traffic to client websites. Faced with a financial crisis and under administration, the company required an independent valuation of its intellectual property. The aim was to provide a fair and accurate assessment amidst pressure from a shareholder to accept an offer.
